Bloom- Disability support

Bloom was started in 2024. 

Is core values are:

Unity- working with partnerships towards better outcomes of those we support. We believe that in order to make a positive impact on those we support that we need to work together. 

Fun- we are all about making learning fun and enjoyable and having a good time while you are being supported.

Person centred- at Bloom we believe in using the person centred approach. The person we supporting knows how they like to be supported the best. We believe in listening, learning and adapting to the needs of others.

Our promise to you:

We believe that to give quality care to someone you need to have empathy, listen and be present.

Staff won’t be on their phones during your supports- unless they are assisting you by using them.

We will be a shadow, not an eclipse.

We will make suggestions around safety, but ultimately the decision is up to you. We will be there to support you through this decision.
We will listen to your needs, and change our interactions and communication to suit you.

We will enjoy assisting to work together toward your goals.

We will learn from you, albeit unintentional, people inspire us to be better, learn more and grow.
